When it comes to installation, we have three 'golden rules':
1) Start on schedule and finish on schedule (usually ahead of time).
2) Never present "unexpected' price overages or any unwritten "after job extras" to a client.
3) If there are problems, fix them quickly, professionally and without fuss or bother.
Our teams will turn up to a job uniformed, with the right equipment, with a qualified team leader 
and with all the correct plans, plantings and hardware needed to complete the project.
We leave no mess or clean up, with no evidence that our trucks or machinery were ever there...except of course the beautiful landscaping that we installed.
Our team leader will be available to the client 100% during and after the project.
We guarantee all of our plantings and hardscapes in writing.
